Just as a person's core strength is important in  determining his spine's health, our practice is successful in large part due to our own core strength of outstanding support staff.

We understand that having pain is not easy, and  dealing with those in pain can often be challenging as well. 

Some years ago, Dr. Ho learned from one of his patients Ritz-Carlton's service mantra, "We Are Ladies and Gentlemen  Serving Ladies And Gentlemen", and was given a card that contains its credo.

To this day, he carries the same folded card in his wallet, just like all the employees at Ritz-Carlton do, that outlines the tenets of good service; modifying only where necessary to perform our medical services even better.
